Looks like food.
attempts to eat it.

Another reason I love my Australorps? Of a Sunday morning when I'm cooking eggs for herself and I, it allows me to use the phrase: This morning we shall feast upon the unborn provided for us by our dark minions!

My long suffering wife will merely reply something akin to: Okay, is there coffee?

No, please don't forget her coffee! :caf

We just upgraded windows on our computer and we have to figure out how to get the pictures from hubby's camera onto this computer. When we figure it out, I will post current pics of my Black, Blue, and Splash Australorps. My whole flock is nothing but these Australorps!

A friend if mine breeds blue Aussies and mille fleur d'uccles. I really really wanna reload my little incubator one last time. But I can't decide which eggs to choose. My 3 little blue babies are so pretty! I'm leaning in that direction. But the little banty chickens are cute too.

Just me so coffee on work morning is done before I'm up. Weekends ready to hit the button when I let the dogs out and then crawl back into bed for a few. This morning it was coffee in hand and downstairs to check on the baby girls. All appear to be still sound asleep under the heat lamp.

We went outside yesterday for a couple hours. They loved it! Dirt baths, bugs, and time to climb all over us! Quick question, the only way I can tell the australorps apart is one has a solid black beak while the other has half yellow and half black. Will it stay that way?
