The neck feathers look quite pointy and that looks to be saddle feathers coming in so I'm going to say cockerel

I was worried about that. But her tail feather are very blunt and rounded. Plus, I looked at my pictures again to look at the saddle feathers you were talking about, but I think that is actually it's fluffly butt feathers. It's a little hard to tell, but her wing is pushed underneath, allowing the underfluff to be seen and pushed on top. I'm not entirely sure though! It's seems to be the perfect mixture of both female and male attributes! :hmm:idunno I'm thinking that only time will tell with this one! Thanks for your guess!
 
At 10 weeks that is a rooster. Pullets don't get a big comb like that until right before they lay.
It's only 9/10 weeks old, doesn't she have another 14 or so weeks before she starts to lay? If it is a girl that is. I thought pullets started to lay at around 6 months old.

That's why I'm saying it's a rooster not a pullet.
