Automatic Chicken Coop Door Light Sensor Not Working

I have just installed the automatic door with actuator and adjustable light sensor, the chicken coop door is supposed to automatically open and close by activating the controller using the amount of daylight. Well, a blue light comes on but that all that happens. It doesn't do anything; seems to just cut off. Not even pairing it with the remotes seem to work. Any ideas how to program or get this thing going?

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer or looking at their site for troubleshooting?
