Baby chick not walking properly

Can anyone help ? My baby chick is not walking properly..she is 3 weeks old and born with a left leg that is misshapen.. She is using it as a crutch to balance rather than to walk. I included some photos .. Will she be able to live as an adult chicken ?

She is a very sweet girl.

It looks like it could be spraddle leg or a leg deformity. It may not respond to treatment but try poultry minerals and vitamins. You could also try splinting. Best of luck for you and your little chick!

Looks like a leg bone deformity.
Usually these deformities cannot be corrected and it would be painful for them to try.

You likely will need to give her extra help all of her life. Her foot will need to be monitored for abrasions and bumblefoot since she's using it as a crutch.
Sometimes birds with deformities may have other unseen issues arise as they get older.
It's possible that she may become immobile as she matures and gains weight.

No one can say how well she will do as she gets older. Time will tell.
