she will miss her summer vacation. Opie always has lots to say, this morning he was not a nice boy though when he came inside kept biting my legs so I made him go back out with the flock. i have to remind him I am not one of his girls.

Your welcome Patty and I am so glad Joy is not broody as much this year. I know Opie is happy about that. Opie misbehaving I'm sure he got excited and confused and he couldn't help it.

Deperella is titled derperella, the (wierd) faverolles & family. It is under the catagory of pictures and stories of my chickens. I couldn't stop reading it once I started you will love it. I think it started out in 2012 but it still continues. Not as active as before but it still has comments.

I love him. He's so expressive. He and Joy make a gorgeous pair. His feathering is amazing. I think he knows he's cute.

Oh he does Julie and I caught him and my old one fighting through the fence again today so up went some nylon netting to keep them apart. I keep hoping one day they can live with each other but it doesn't look like that will happen any time soon.

Is it because they are both males and want dominance so the females choose one over the other. Are the girls even interested in him? (Not Opie). What is his name?
