Not in solitary confinement, and i heard anyone riding along with a boat load of ducks on their cars[especially Mustangs] has to be in solitary confinement. Phew. What? We wouldn't be allowed to bathe?![]()

Thanks Patti , Que Sera was precious when she snuggled with me yesterday. The runners look like pencils running around the yard you could add a couple to flock.Look at that, love the pic of Que Sera ahe is beautiful and what a sweet story of her coming in and spending time snuggling and her an Opie would make a pair laying side by side . love the pics of Uno and Rhonda so pretty. I'l love to have a few Runners... maybe one day.
As long as they put me away with my ducks, I'll be fine.![]()
I wish I could but 9 right now is enough, I am practicing birth control on these and it's a full time job. Broody's don't like to give up their eggs. [I collect daily] But every time I see RunnersThanks Patti , Que Sera was precious when she snuggled with me yesterday. I always tell hubby we need to start 0 population growth. Then I went out and bought the 9 baby chicks 4 months ago. Then hubby wanted to hatch some ducks for a friend of his. Then after hatching 16 I think I lost count ducks he only wanted 5. Then hubbie wanted to keep a couple of those and then there was Que Sera I had to keep her. Then Rhonda only hatches 1 and how can I give away just one duck to someone who doesn't have any ducks. That must be when they talk about chicken or duck math. Now we've added 4 more ducks to our flock that doesn't sound like 0 population growth. That reminds me I need to collect eggs.I wish I could but 9 right now is enough, I am practicing birth control on these and it's a full time job. Broody's don't like to give up their eggs. Chicken math and duck math get the best of us. I was finally down to 12 hens and a roo and my lil game bantam goes broody, dh says you know Rufus is getting close to 6yrs we better think about another roo soon well I didn't want to bring one in from outside so we got outside eggs. Then my lil Lavender Orp goes broody after 3 yrs old goodness so I got 3 eggs for her from same source. They each had 3 eggs and only hatched 2 each so I guess that is still considered birth control kinda .I always tell hubby we need to start 0 population growth.
