I hope to someday have geese. I hear they're very good for deterring predators from the rest of your smaller poultry, and I've seen some at shows that I just fell in love with.

Me too! Prooobably not a good idea with call ducks around, but I am in love with Sebastopols and Bar-Headed Geese! Heck, the whole reason I have my birbs is because of a baby Canada goose I fostered several years ago. If not for lil' Chub-Chub, I wouldn't have Wobbean!

The Sebastopols are the ones I fell in love with the first time I saw them in person.

Ha ha I truly think if a predator was to come around my geese would pick the ducks and chickens up and personally hand them over to it.

I have 2 entered already plus I don't know how to get the date off the pic.
I'm sure the two you have entered are just as beautiful, if not more! Good luck with the ones you did enter. I can see though what you mean about the date, cropping it out would take too much of Opie as well!

Thanks same to you. I am thankful i can post a pic I have never tried to crop before.

Okay, so I made a post about needing some stuff for chicks at a cheap price and got a kiddie pool free and some links to diy stuff so the only thing we need to buy is food and the actual chicks! I called the place advertising Easter Eggers and they've not actually got any

but they did have the welsummers and my next choice of Wyandottes, are they a nice breed, are they fighty at all? And my third choice of Ameraucanas..
Also, someone said Easter Eggers are the same as Ameraucana, is that true? Sorry for all the questions, I just know you all will give it to me straight!
