Baby Polish Toe Injury

I just bought a new polish to join my flock last night and didn't notice his toe until I brought him home. It looks like he stubbed it or something. His big toe also looks like it has 2 nails growing out of it. Should I try to clean it? Or just let it heal naturally? Below is a pic of him after he fell asleep in my hand.

I would let it heal naturally. Polish seem to have a lot of problems with their toes. I got some Polish chicks last year and 3 out of 6 of them were all missing toenails.
