Yea, still a little blood in veins. can't tell about the yolkAre there veins with blood still in them in the membrane? You need to keep the membrane moist if there are still live veins so use olive oil or coconut oil. If all the blood has been absorbed slowly peel the membrane away, checking to see if the yolk has been absorbed. If not you'll have to leave baby upright in a cup still in the egg and wait for that to be absorbed.![]()
ok, To be on safe side, I put the baby in a cupYea, still a little blood in veins. can't tell about the yolk
does it matter what size cup?ok, To be on safe side, I put the baby in a cup
thank you, I will keep you postedDo give it time to finish absorbing everything and it may have the strength to break free itself. Or it may be exhausted so keep an eye on how it's going. If you see it trying to push out take it out of the cup.
As long as the cup is supporting baby it should do its job.
it's out of the shell but has a little string still attached. It has no more blood coming from it. should I detach the string?thank you, I will keep you posted
