Can wait to see pictures. I do have some BLRW Bantams due to hatch the 29th, these are eggs I bought though not mine, just getting another bantam breed. That will give me 6 different breeds of Bantam Chickens.

Here is the 5week pic of Flora on the right and another pic of her comb. I'm still not sure I see any pink but time will tell.

I only get to keep Flora if she is a pullet. Both D'Uccles are really calm and sweet.

I think they're both girls, my 5 week old roos comb is bright red.

I have porcelain d'uccles chicks and got 2 cockerels out of the bunch, their combs turned red at about 5 or 6 weeks since yours is 5 weeks and is holding fast at being a yellowish color I am thinking pullet

That's usually a good indication, but keep in mind that flock dynamics also make some males slower to mature. If there is one that is very dominant, or faster developing, sometimes others will lag behind.

I tend to agree as I had had some that were very slow to mature until I removed the more mature boys into anther pen.

Does the black one have brown? If not then black.
The lighter one looks like maybe wheaten...? Or maybe buff laced. The colors will become clear as they get older.
