My top pick for breeding. He's at SOP weight already at 9 months old. His body is wide and deep. This boy stood out from an early age, and I've been watching him closely since. He has a lovely disposition as well.

The girls are getting going in the laying department, but I still want to wait until the majority of the flock ( especially the older more proven hens) are laying well before offering any eggs. But, I will be setting a test hatch for myself next week from the ones that are laying now. Happy new year Trisha

Nice boys, Trisha! I like the second one especially! Two of my pullets that I raised from eggs hatched last year are setting already. I doubt they will hatch anything but I figured I'd let them set a while anyway...
