Bathing suit season

Robin'sBrood :

Kind of off topic but have any of you other ladies seen the movie, "He's Just Not That Into You" yet? My mom and I (even though we've been married 46 & 17 years, respectively) saw it last night at the $1.50 theater and it was surprisingly good. Definitely worth the $1.50 I paid to see it on the big screen!

Back to the dreaded bathing suits.....

I wish we still had the 1.50 theatre, $9 and that doesnt include the popcorn that is mandatory if you see a movie. No wonder I usually wait for it to be released on DVD.

I haven't been there in years but the one we went to was still surprisingly clean. We didn't get any concessions because the lines were too long and our movie was about to start, so we went to Applebees after the movie.

Well let us know what its about am I wasting my money renting it, is it a chick flick? Comeon give us the dirt. Or to stay on topic... who do we get to see in a bathing suit, or wish we could see them in a bathing suit, or better yet, get to see and wonder why they forgot to put on a bathing suit.

My first marriage was "Failure to Launch", only without the good looks, maturity, and great personality.

Since then, it seems to have been a bad combination of "He's just not that into you" and "50 first dates" without the happy ending part.

Back to bathing suits. That is an extremely enjoyable topic when compared to relationships.

I especially like the cute shoes that went with the 1858 bathing costume.

Hey, any of you seen the burkini? That is some of Omar's finest work yet!

MC, you're a riot.

Yes, it's a chick flick. I thought it was pretty good, so did my dh (or so he says). The main girl is sadly pathetic, but she's cute as a button, and gets it figured out in the end.

NO bathing suit scenes, it's more along the "men are dogs" part of this thread.

Let's draw some distinctions here. Any healthy male will look at a
beautiful woman in a bathing suit, dress, or black tank top and jeans,
and appreciate her beauty. That doesn't mean he is a dog.
Women are actually worse then men when it comes to "admiring"
the opposite sex.

Men are dogs could mean many different things, most of which I cannot
go into detail on in this family oriented forum.

Woof.

Wow!

you are the first guy that has EVER tried to convince me that women are worse ones about 'admiring'. I am young, I am NOT naive. Sorry.

How come there are so many MENS magazines with 'swimsuit' editions.... To be honest I have never seen Redbook or Womens Day have a male swimsuit edition. Maybe they have, but I have never seen it!

But it was a good try, I applaud your efforts!

Besides, there is looking, and then there is LOOKING- I think we all know the difference!

Well, unless there's some weird sort of ability with eyes that I don't know about, I'm pretty sure looking is still looking, even if you CAPITALIZE it.
