And yes, BaconSalt is AWESOME. We like the "Peppered" variety best, and don't care for the "Smoked" flavor at all.
 
How does the bacon that ends up inside the roll get cooked? I am supposing from the roasting?

My goodness, that looks perfectly wonderful, I love bacon.
