Beautiful tomato. I love all tomatoes from the garden but heirlooms in particular. I just wished they produced a little better. I plant main crop of varieties that really churn out the fruit - Better Boy and Jet Star. Those I usually can or use in BLTs. But I always plant some heirlooms...this year, Black Krim and Cherokee Purple...these I reserve for fresh slicing!

She got the seeds from an outfit called rare seeds. And yes we save the seeds from everything that isn't GMO.
If steer had seeds, I'm sure we'd save those too!
