There are a few possibilities here...

Injury, genetics, nutrition, or parasites... (looks like you could use more protein, meat not just skin)

Do the others look like that as well? I know you said he wasn't growing like the other duckling did? How old is your chicken?

I haven't had ducks in a while... am I mistaken that they should have regular feathers and not just down at 10 weeks old?

Are you able to post a picture of them all? And also of the niacin you are using? Did you add the niacin only once, two weeks ago... Or have you started adding it regularly in the past two weeks? Thanks for doing your best to answer.
My two ducklings are bald and who death before did.many peoples say their ducklings experience baldness:p
that duckling who didnt have lack of niacin - i use names , they are better - name "golab" , had a little growing :(

Don't know if this helps but my youngest ducklings (Khaki Campbells) are 6 and 7 weeks old they have mostly regular feathers and the rest down - they are a medium sized duck and are already much much bigger than the duckling on the photo. At 10 weeks old my Runners had majority regular feathers with a few tufts of down mostly on their heads and bottom

I am so sorry for you, clearly you care very much for your birds and I wish I could help but I am new to keeping poultry so my knowledge is limited - I hope with all my heart you find the solution. The people on here have given you lots of really good advice, I hope it works for you. Please keep us updated.

They do have romaine, and is the one I give them the most but their fav is iceberg so I give them that as well as romaine - I realise iceberg is watery but it still contains the same vitamins and minerals as romaine just at a lower level, they have a staple diet, they get everything they need, the iceberg is purely for a treat because they like it, I just need to know if it is harmful or not?
It is not harmful I’d wash it real good before giving it as a treat it’s suppose to have more pesticides than other veggies.

Thank you so much for your wishes.

@Aliamelody is the niacin your using flush free Or time released? Because neither of them will work to help your ducklings. Do you have any family members uncles etc that are farmers or know any farmers who can help you get some feed for your birds? Do you have a yard or property where they can be outside safely and forage around for bugs and other tasty bits?
