Bi- something or rather? What breed is this?

I too would guess a Cuckoo Marans over Cream Crested Legbars produced those. Although it is possible that Barred Plymouth Rocks were used instead of the Marans. But I don't think they are a pure bred, in any rate.
If they are a 1st generation cross, they are awfully uniform in type. I would guess this type has been worked on for awhile. While I won't dispute your guess in the least, where are the feathered legs? Another reason to think this isn't just a first generation barnyard mix.

British marans and some in US are clean legged

Marans have very lightly feathered legs, so they could be easily bred out in the first generation.

Yeah I also have some recessive leg feathers in some of my EE/OE that don't show in pictures because all that's really there is the faintest bud of a feather or two popping out
 
I hatched a little cockerel from some “barnyard mix” eggs that I ordered to try out my first incubator who looks like these “bi—“ birdies:

He’s small compared to his other male hatch mates. Same thing?
