Black ends on rooster comb

Anyone know why the comb on our rooster comb ends are turning black?

Where are you located? That appears to be very mild frostbite. It will heal with no treatment, and it is possible that the black tips will become slightly rounded off. Do not handle or massage the comb since it can cause mire damage, and is painful.
