Blue/Brown Eggs, Easter/Christmas Eggs - Getting my craft on!!

Walmart was a big fat zero for egg crafting supplies. I would recommend Michael's. They have awesome rub-ons, bead caps, and just about everything else. I'm up to 54 eggs and can't seem to stop!

It is addictive isn't it?!
I can't seem to stop either.

I found some good rub ons on Ebay but I also wanted to share this coupon code for 20% off total order from Oriental Trading. I Just got some rub ons from that site. Enter this code for the discount if you order from them. KC1020716. I liked the selection at Hobby Lobby better but for people like me that have to drive an hour just to get to a store like that, it is the same to pay shipping and get them off the net.

This is what I have done so far. Not had time to get the end beads or ribbon or had time to seal them with my Mod Podge yet. Hope they will look better after that.

I'll share a secret with those of you whose girls are on strike; I bought my eggs on ebay! 8 dozen, perfectly blown out and cleaned. I got them for like $24 or something. At first I thought it was waaaaay overkill, but I am down to my last 18 blue/green eggs. So glad I got that many!

And I did start out blowing out my own. Had some really cute, blue and green pulllet eggs I wanted to preserve, but after the first 12, it go really old.

Did you put glitter on the Butterfly's wings?

I have trouble with rub on transfers crinkling up on me...anyone have any tips to get them on without crinkling?
