Approximately 7 week old cochin from Ideal Hatchery. I traded some birds with another person, they received this in a rare breed package. Would you say this is blue or splash. Seems to splotchy to be blue but not quite splash either, or will the coloring even out as it grows older?
Any thoughts on gender? This was a tough one for me and I am 51% pullet. I have 3 birds in total and two of them have the most/longest tail feathers shaped like a spade, and the other barely has a little puffball of swirly feathers as a tail.
