OK. I candled tonight and the blob seems much darker or bigger or something. I can still make out a few vessels and there's a small air cell at the big end. There's no blood ring or other indication of demise, so back in the brabator it goes. Gimme a few and I'll try to photo the candling. I made the mistake of going to Walmart this close to Christmas to get stuff for cheesecake, and, well, it was really hot in there. I imagine the humidity in the bator had to be high, but only for a short while. So far, it's still living. Day 7 started at 8 pm EST. BRB with pic.

Both pics are of the same egg just turned. This is a light brown egg and not so easy to candle. When I look at it one way, I'm thinking demise. When I look at it another way, it looks good. That even holds true in the 2 pics below. The air cell area is at the big end where it belongs and is a little larger than last candle and can be barely made out in one of these pics.

Those brown egg candling pics are frustrating. I end up putting the camera on its tripod because of the looooong exposure time. I'm sure if I knew more about my own camera I could get it done much easier. Thanks again for all the support and enabling!
