This website has a very thorough rundown of Brabanters, but everything with pictures is YouTube video if you don't mind that.

As for where to buy chicks, Ideal Poultry I saw has creme Brabanters you can order ahead for. Oddly, eBay can be a good place to get hatching eggs but nobody's got any of those right now.
