I hope someone can offer some opinion here.

Light Brahma chicks from a hatchery via feed mill.....Now that I've looked online do these two look way too light for Light Brahma chicks? The chipmunks are EE's.

Thanks in advance for your honest opinions.

Hi everyone! My chicks are now just over 2 weeks old. I do my best to keep their brooder clean but I have noticed that some of them have dirty feet feathers. Should I try to wash them off? Also, I noticed that a couple of them have brown spots on the bottom of their feet? Think they're just dirty? Or should I worry about bumblefoot? Their brooder stays dry, but maybe they walked in some poop. I can post pics pics if needed. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, that would be SUPER! Post some picks and maybe some of the "experts" can tell you if its DooDoo or bumblefoot. They might be able to tell if they are little boys or girls. I'm so excited....I'm fixin to pass out!

Tim's just saying what a few of us have been thinking.

Good grief people, just wait a few weeks and it will be obvious. The ""experts" really don't want to spend the next few months sexing everybody's chicks. AND there is a whole section of BYC for this topic and many BYCers who will be thrilled to guess for you.

Honestly, I thought since brahmas were one of the feather-footed breeds you guys might be willing to help me. I wasn't sure if dirty feathers would hold bacteria or moisture or just not be harmful at all. And honestly, I could not care less if I have "little boys or little girls".

Next time, I'll do a google search instead of coming here. Wouldn't want to bother all you seasoned chicken geniuses with any amateur questions. Maybe if I when I get my PhD in avian breeding and genetics, I'll feel worthy of adding something to the conversation.
