Breed Discussion #1: Silver Duck Wings

Thank you for clarifying that. Any day I can learn something, is a good day! :hugs And that is a beautiful bird. Next question: Are all duckwings bantams, or do they also come in LF size?
Come in LF too, but they might not be recognized, not sure

No problem! I did my research as I am getting into this breed ha ha. Duckwing is a color pattern that comes in a few different breeds. This post is about Old English Games, they come in both LF and bantam sizes :)

Other accepted breeds in Silver Duckwing are American Game (bantam), Modern Game (bantam & LF), Araucana (bantam & LF), Japanese (bantam), Phoenix (bantam), Rosecomb (bantam), & Welsummer (bantam).

Duckwing is a variety, many breeds come in silver or gold duckwing. For example, brown leghorns are gold duckwing.

Duckwing is not accepted for any Phoenix size

They come in silver and golden duckwing, don’t they?
That's what hatcheries call them, but they are just called silver for the standard. There is no duckwing on the colors.
