They kind of have the body of a game bird. Maybe mixed with Silkie, or something, producing the dark comb and wattles and the feathers on the feet.

They're both hens. Sometimes the saddle feathers look a little droopy, but as you can see, they are rounded.

I remember looking up the breed when I went to pick them up to verify that everything checked out, and it did. I just can't remember what it was for the life of me. I'm just going to be rehoming Scary Spice, so I guess I'll mark her as mixed unless I have a dramatic epiphany.
