Are they under a heat lamp? If so, they don't need it. Also, do they have a deep container of water to stick their bills, nares, and eyes in?
What kind of feed are they getting?

Bread isn't very good for them, however you should continue with the vegetables, rice doesn't have much nutritional value expecially not for a growing duckling. Do you have access to any chick starter where you live?Any chicken pellets?

Of course yes! There is! But my family are kind of busy and ... you know. I try to cut the bread . And less rice because i have a chicken too and he loves rice

Do they have swimming water? Or water that is deep enough to dunk their heads in? Have you checked for any bugs on them? Mites or lice?

It isn't important to put the ducks into the water, but it is important to have water deep enough for them to dunk their heads in. If you can find a container with a lid and cut the lid just so they have room to put their head in, that should be good for them.
These are not my pics, just ones I found when I did a search. They should have access to drinking water and food 24 hrs until they are around 7-8 weeks old (most likely fully feathered by then). Do you feed the chickens anything other than rice?
