What I need to do it breed Quinn a friends broken orange buck, then breed a doe from that litter to Kalmar, then hold back 2-3 does from that litter to breed to Caspian. It's all about genetics and keeping the Dilute gene going.

She is beautiful for sure! And how nice she didn’t get Vera cranky gene haha! I’m thinking Willow may not be a broken blue. Her color started to change and I’m thinking maybes she’s a broken lilac.

She is beautiful for sure! And how nice she didn’t get Vera cranky gene haha! I’m thinking Willow may not be a broken blue. Her color started to change and I’m thinking maybes she’s a broken lilac.

What are your opinions on how many bucks per breed? Do you risk it and assume nothing will happen your one buck? Or do you always have a back up of some sort?
