Tonight while I was clipping wings I accidently clipped 3 blood feathers. 2 of them stopped almost immediately but one didn't stop for a while, so I applied cornflour to it. The bleeding has all stopped now. Is there still a need to pluck it? Or will it be fine? This chook is going to a new home tomorrow.

If the bleeding is stopped then no need to pluck the feathers. If it's flight feathers, they can have larger shafts and bleed more, so just keep an eye to make sure they don't start bleeding again. I'd just let the new owner know, just in case, so they know what to do if needed.
