I would guess the rumors of brown eggs being healthier got started because only white eggs were sold in the store. Therefore brown eggs came from home flocks and often free range. We all know free range is healthier and even just our backyard flocks with a wider diet variety and less stress have healthier eggs than the commercial eggs in stores. People failed to realize it wasn't the color but the source that made the eggs better.

Go flora....do you take it? or just use it in cooking?

To cook with it is fine. It is very healthy. Iv'e never heard of it as a wormer. Exactly how does it work as a wormer ?

I take a spoonful every morning and also use it in all of our cooking. We use two kinds: one that has a wonderful coconut flavor to it, and one that is expeller pressed and has no flavor for those foods that we don't want the coconut flavor in. It also gets rid of candidis (however that is spelled) I used to be on antibiotics nine months out of the year for severe sinus infections, and ended up with Candidis, where the antibiotics remove the good and bad flora in your system, leaving you with major problems-which is what started my search for a more healthier way. Sooo glad I did-it is good to be healthy, and not have sinus infections so bad I could barely crawl to the bathroom. I can't even remember how many years it has been since I had a sinus infection!!!

Our family so rarely goes to the doctor, and then usually only to diagnose what is wrong so that we can use herbs to cure it, that our records are usually archived and we have to pay the new patient fee because they can't find our records-I couldn't tell you how many times that has happened! They archive them automatically if you haven't come in in the last 5 years.

If you have those books would you look to see how it works. That would be a great alternative to worming for chickens, horses and goats as people have used man made wormers for so long that now most worms are immune to them. Would love to know. I'll look on line for the books but would love the information faster if possible.
Yeast infection is that what you are speaking of from taking meds too long?
Also do you purchase your coconuts whole or already done/shredded or chips.
I have heard about pumpkin seeds before from my s-n-l she is all natural for meds as much as possible.
