Buff Brahma hasn’t laid in over a week

I was wondering if it’s normal for a hen not to lay for a while after an injury my buff Brahma had broke her beak just over a week or so ago but has been back with her fog for almost a week solid and is acting completely normal but I’ve noticed ever since the injury she has not laid an egg But she is not acting egg bound because this has something to do from the injury. Prior to her injury, she was laying almost every single day and she’s a fairly new layer and has only been laying for under two months.

It is very likely that stress and perhaps impaired eating from the broken beak has caused a break in her laying cycle.
