Buff Orpington pullet or cockerel?

This Buff Orpington is approx 11 weeks old and I am wondering if it’s a pullet or cockerel. I have another one that is the same age but is bigger and sweeter but their face color is very similar but the tail feathers look different and more upright. This one was the sweetest chick but not is a little more flighty and pecks a little harder than all the other chicks. It’s face gets bright red when excited but reduces color when it’s relaxed thoughts?
