Pretty sure that cross is called satin silkies? I actually am not sure.

I'm so glad my babies are actually okay with you guys I love them so, so much!


As for 'making' them, they actually came as a mutation out of a line of frizzles if I remember correctly, so no actual Silkie in their background. Or, so the story goes anyway. It's kind of like how silkied Ameraucanas were a spontaneous mutation out of a line of Splash Ameraucanas, without any Silkie in their background either.

Edited to finish my post because... I guess it decided to delete that last line for no reason?
