My dad and brother are on the boat and apparently my brother's girlfriend made some delicious dessert but I was home so I couldn't eat it

so I'm making it myself LOL

It sounds so good.

It's chocolate chip cookie dough on the bottom, Oreos in the middle, and fudge brownie mix on top.

Fortunately, I went on a dessert binge a while ago and bought tons of cake and brownie mix so we had that, also bought 2 cookie mixes to try, so check on that too AND I just so happened to buy Oreos tonight sooo I happened to have all the ingredients sooooo

Trust me, it's actually fudge mix and way darker in person, my phone was being really weird and annoying haha

No sure if the mix is any good as I don't think I've ever had mix cookies, only dough or from scratch, so we'll see.

Might make the other cookie mix too for regular cookies too.

Wasn't sure how long to cook it for so just did normal brownie time and temp. We'll see.

Anyone want some???

As for the coffee, sorry, I accidentally put it away. It's back now. A little too early (or late?) for coffee though

Just had a piece and it is DELICIOUS if I do say so myself. And for those who wish to be a tad.. umm.. healthier .. I also made regular old fudge brownies (because I realized my mom might not like this one) and regular chocolate chip cookies in the oven right now. And of course there's still a box of Oreos left.

Those pies look soooo good. I'm not exactly a morning person but please save one of each flavor for me? Please and thanks

Gah! Why do horses get themselves into trouble at the most annoying times? Peanut, one of my mom's horses, a fat palomino (he's part Shetland) was trying to walk the fence, so to speak(grass always greener on the other side?), and got his new shoes caught in the bottom wire, the bugger. And wouldn't you know it, it happens when folks are out and I'm watching them. Couldn't wiggle it off, had to cut around. Gonna fix shoes during daylight hours. Shoes were only on a few weeks! Isn't that how things go?

Betty Crocker has a packaged mix for cookie/brownies I'd guess that would be brookies?? The first time I made them - delicious, the next few times just didn't come out right. I think I misread the instructions.

They have a pre-packaged version!? Didn't know that! Probably would have been easier LOL I just took cookie mix, made it, put it on the bottom, put Oreos on top of that, then took a brownie mix (though I decided to use the same brand LOL, Betty Crocker), then put that on top. Turned out alright but the top of the brownies is a little burnt but down inside is a little soft/raw almost but not, it's so hard to tell with the other stuff in there haha and I've decided I hate Betty Crocker mix cookies, made cookies and brownies too, in addition to this, and they just don't taste that good. Idk. Spoiled with toll house dough or from scratch I guess LOL but inside this concoction they're delicious haha

Sorry Bantam. I hope that he just stood there while you unhooked him or was it a rodeo? I cleaned /swept the tack room yesterday and I hope no Hanta virus comes knocking on my door. I always get a bit weirded out with that stuff...... Off to dig some holes and set posts now that the coffee is done. Drink up while it is hot!
