Good morning all.

Glad to hear that the cleanup is progressing Friday. I remember driving into New Orleans 2 years after Katrina hit. Still had the debris piled up everywhere. The only thing open was home depot, Lowe's and car dealerships. I was shocked at how slow the progress was. It sounds like Cudjoe is already on a great road to recovery in comparison.

Are most of the residents still there or have many left the area?

Ya, it's starting to feel worse; guess that usually happens when you have a sudden jerk to muscles. I'm using the warm mug of my hot apple cider on that side lol. Don't think it's helping

Maybe a heating pad, some ibuprofen and a stiff shot of an adult drink would help.

Morning! Tree, if that were me I would take something like aleve or advil, asprin like, not tylenol and stay on it for a couple of days to mimimize the swelling in the tissues...
