That sounds delicious! Most of the regular yogurt in stores is very sweet

If I culture for 10 to 12 hours, there is no sugar left and the yogurt is lactose free! I have made it this way a couple of times.

Store yogurt has a lot of sugar added to it. I make yogurt with Organic Whole milk from Costco

OMG, they are insane birds! I bought them to eat ticks. And i should be able to sell keets and eggs. They live in my hoop coop i built just for them because it is very tall, like 10 feet. They like to roost high.

Wow they really are crazy! It is good you built the coop higher cause I've seen some people say oh mine roost in trees and I can't get them down. Good you prepared and contain them haha

I've thought about getting them, I certainly love the tick eating aspect of them, especially with a big property and woods, but I've heard that they are veryyy loud. So that deterred me.

When I eat the home made yogurt my stomach feels very good!

(of course it could all be in my head...Placebo effect!)

It is easy to make. There is a model of instant pot that will make yogurt
