Good morning all!

Scott, that was a project DH has worked on the past 2 summers. We now have water spigots at both gardens (they're on opposite sides of the house), the greenhouse, and a deep sink with water outside the chicken run. It's so handy. You'll be glad you did that job once it's all in place.

Good Morning! Only have 70% chance of rain today and it only goes up for the rest of the week.

I need water wings for the birds.

We're finally looking forward to some clear, cooler weather this coming weekend. NO rain and lows in the 60's (and all you Northerners can keep your cooler weather comments to yourselves, lol).

NFC, I logged in this morning to check the news and e-mails and my husband already had Noaa pulled up. Weather report said flood warnings.!!!
I was confused.We had a lot of rain Monday but I wasn't expecting flood warnings!

My husband was on New York weather. Keeping tabs on the boy the only way a farmer knows how.
I got him a rain jacket to take with him -and he is on the top of the hill- he should be okay.
I think sending an ark would be premature.

Last time we flooded here all the red oak trees fell down.

Eggsy, we've had over 3" just so far this week. That's on top of all the previous week's rain. I haven't heard of flood warnings around here but it's good to be aware of them. I hope you don't have anything to worry about

Yeah, it's probably too early to send an ark to your boy. But maybe a sled would be good soon!

He is going to be so excited when he first sees snow. How long does that last? I think he has snowman plans.
We'd make little tiny snowmen when we cleaned out the chest freezer.

I hope he goes and gets some warm clothes before he needs them.
