This is Big Boy he was the standard tom dad

Honey was my BBB hen and that is Sugar her young tom. And below are some of her other poults at 5 days old.

Here are the bronze I still had here at about 6 months old. And they could fly.

Thank you. They were so sweet and gentle. The oldest tom raise 5 broods of poults for me he loved raising the babies. He would fly into their brooder and stay there. lol

No they were my birds eggs. I crossed a BBB with a Standard Bronze to get a larger bird than the standard but not as large as the BBB. And it worked! But the poults could not hatch by themselves. So I had to assist them. And out of all the eggs I hatched only 4 lived past the 6 months stage.

Fun project! I am sorry they would not hatch.

This is the boy I have kept the nicest bird he likes to flap at me nothing more so I flap back. He lost all his tail feathers have his back feathers when snow got in their run
but he drew her way from his girls... he likes to raise younger peeps also roosting with them
