What about in the village you go to...is there any place there to buy a phone?

There are plenty of places to buy a phone, that's not the problem. The problem is I have absolutely no idea what most of the phones do, how to operate them and which are good models.
I know, it's very sad.

Not to knowing on who is there Nextel had service in other country's for years but Sprint bought them screwed it up pretty major .. I sure envy your new venture

It sounds a lot more exciting than it is Penny. The best bit will be choosing the breed and getting the birds. Fayoumies, or Hamburgs are the current favorites. They've got the Goshawk there so it needs to be a fast and alert breed. Game fowl would seem the obvious answer but they don't live together easily. The Hamburgs have a good reputation for being breed social. The Fayoumies kick off a bit apparently.

Never had either breeds here and doubt if I will have you though of the Icelandic breed
it is a great breed from what I hear again I am not set up to separate breeds as it would need and not that serious about them to dedicated myself to it

The Fayoumies are supposed to be related to Campines: flighty from experience but quite gentle & tolerant of other breeds. Alert foragers & seem to be pretty aware of their surroundings. Haven't had Fayoumies or Hambourgs.

Admit I did not know of the breed Hambourgs so looked them up still learning so enjoy hearing of others

As far as which brand and which plan...I think that's like asking 10 people what their favorite chicken breed is. You'll hear good and bad about all of them.

Thats interesting. Thanks I might try and have a chat to her. There is a guy where I live who keeps them. Lovely looking birds, he's working on the project as well.
