How could that happen? Those are the best parts of a roasted bird!

I have a weird family. DD dislikes turkey. So I cook a chicken too. Then the only way not to be eating leftovers for the rest of the week is to just do part of the turkey, and the crown is preferred for carving...

That wouldn't fly here! DW and her sister want breast, DD2, MIL, FIL and I want leg/thigh. DD1 is vegetarian and would prefer there be no turkey at all.

It's basically the breast on that bit of the skeleton. The legs, sometimes the wings, and everything else are removed. Like this
