These apples have so many seeds.

Well, I'm finally up! Rough night after testing my coffee theory with a cup of cafe con leche. Couldn't sleep, and... it upset the tummy. Getting outer bands of of rain from Hurricane Delta and a small amount of wind that's knocking stuff down out of the trees. A chore for when the rain breaks this week.. cleaning up. Tea for me please.

Canning some apple juice on this go around! I've never tried apples and pork, but have seen so many recipes with that combo. Should try it one of these days!

Good evening Cafe.
I've made a pot of tea for myself and those who fancy a cup.
The storms turned up. Going full tilt out there; light show, rumbling bass and rain heavy enough to make you look for shelter.
The chickens are not impressed needless to add. I may light the stove.

apple sauce is the traditional accompaniment with roast pork here - it works a treat! try it! Your apples look beautiful; what variety are they?
