BYC Café

Today we got our plow vehicle. You know those makeover shows like "Counting Cars?" This looks like the "before" picture. It's a 1962 Ford Falcon on a Bronco frame.

But now hubby has a new toy to play with and learn some useful skills. And plow the driveway.

Clearly she didn't approve of how you made the beds! I bet she wanted hospital corners.

What breed is the rooster?

Oh, an alien put it there! Better be careful when it hatches, no idea what will come out of it.

It would be hard to be east of the NEK (unless you are in NH) since the entire northeast corner of the state IS the NEK ;) 100 miles would put you somewhere between Fairhaven and White River Junction so yeah, mid state south. Pretty fair distance from me :( It is a couple of hours to Rutland from here.
I was kidding about the super blue, but he's a wyandotte cross :) Any ideas what she might lay if "she" hatches? I know a miniscule amount about genetics.

Hard to say, but green if mama's blue genes get thru.
The deep blue was startup thingy, may never see it again.
Wish there was something to feed to produce more blue shell pigment.

At least he can have some fun too might be lot's of us are kids at heart

And that's a good thing. One of Mom's quotes, "There's no sin in getting old. Acting old on the other hand IS a sin."

Good morning, Cafe', and thanks for the coffee. Predicting 12 - 18" of snow here.

Maggie had a traumatic morning. We went outside earlier when it was still dark. A fox was barking in the back. She had a quick pee and poop and then back inside to escape the 'monster'. Went out a bit ago and there were 10 deer in the field next door. She was certain they were the 'monster'.
