I'm not one who puts up with any crap. From anyone! I will never for the life of me understand why people allow their dogs to do whatever they want because "they're so CaYoot!" then start crying in their Cheerios when the dog craps on the placemat on their table set for the holidays. Yes. I saw that on a FB post!

Just settling down with a peppered goats cheese and avacado pate on Polish rye bread with black olives and sundried tomatoes for a late night snack. I think I'll have to finish off the rest of the lychees.
A large glass of Glenlivet 12 year old single malt and a 5 inch Romeo y Julieta habana should finish the day off.

It's back on deck tommorow for those who aren't on strike.

There are a lot of groups taking industrial action in the UK currently; trains, buses, nurses, postmen, dockers, uni staff, the list goes on.

Cold weather and/or blizzard confinement and/or not cleaned for 3 days poop board has caused some upheaval in pecking order...maybe.
Of the 3 lowest birds(assumed), who usually roost last and at the very end of roost, 2 were in a nest and the other on top of broody crate set up on aux roost. I moved the crate rooster late last night down onto the aux roost(not sure if she stayed or not). Tonight was the same and still light enough that I shooed the nesters out and blocked the nests and removed the crate. 1 went to the main roost, the others went to feeder. I might go out and look later just to see.

The cold and wind played a bit of havoc with my chickens too. Two slept in the nest boxes a couple nights ago. I figured that was ok; they were two of the lower on the order girls. They went back to the roost the next night.

Was hoping to see that today, after finally cleaning the poop boards.
