I also have never heard them called 'creepy and stupid'. Now 'smart and a PITA' - that I have heard. My excommunicated sister once had two goats that she kept on chains. Picture a family picnic, long table with lots of food, and someone turned the goats loose. Yep, they were immediately up and on that picnic table. Pretty hilarious - depending upon your point of view.

I have also never heard a goat called stupid, stinky perhaps, but not stupid.

The only thing I can think would make them "creepy" is the eyes - the long oval pupils look weird to a lot of people.


Lots of herbivores have eyes like that, it's just that most also have irises that are dark enough that you don't notice.
