BYC Café

don't think I was.......

that would be a rude awaking

instead of coffee, pooh came to visit.....

I have to find that post, it is frightening and hilarious at the same time, but only because the outcome was okay.
It could have gone badly easily.

Bert, were you here when Margie described the morning the bear got in her house?
That is my top favorite BYC post.
She had a bear in her living room! or at least kitchen.

I remember reading it on the edge of my seat!

Still can't imagine the reality of it.

I started in march of 2015 of this thread. looking for it, but I can not find it.
I remember there was snow, but- for her that could still be in June.
I will find it one day and repost it so Bert can read it,

all I know, is if it happened to me, I'd be repairing holes in the downstairs wall, cabinets, and floor..........

and changing my drawers.

The First read through it is an edge of your seat thing, then by the time you have read it a few times And in your mind, you see a barbie pink hard hat flying through the air and getting smacked upside the head of a big bear.., It gets kind of funny.
But again, only because no one was hurt. It could have gone so very awfully awful.
I told my husband about it last year, and when he comes into the office and I am on BYC he always asks, 'How are the chicken people? How is the lady with the bear?"
I think it needs to be a movie.

I forgot the pink hat, but remembered the fireworks!! Still sends chills down my spine (better than crying down my leg) a year later reading it again.
