My construction buddy.

He absolutely insists on being with me when I'm working on this bathroom. I had to keep locking him out of the bedroom so I could install the corner bead because he was getting under foot. Today's goal was just to get the next coat of joint compound on the wall before I clean up and go see DH.

Piper touched the fence again. Scared the snot out of both of us.
I was outside on the deck talking on the phone with my sister when I heard Piper scream. She came running to me and jumped up in the chair then climbed up me to look back at the fence like, "What the hell was THAT?!" Hopefully she's done testing the fence.

Good evening, Café!

For the first time since the Covid nightmare started we are having inhouse guests that keep us quite busy as we are not used to it anymore.

@DobieLover Is/was Skittles always this clingy? I just love this little guy as he reminds me so much of my late Fritz.

Finally, the weather is warming up, but too late for all of my cucumber seedlings that just died off yesterday. I'll have to start anew.

He always wants to be touching someone. But I think he's getting more clingy. He's showing his age and I don't know how long I have left with him so I cater to him.

Yes, that is what I experienced with Fritz and Willi as well. The closer they came to their lives end, the clingier and needier for love and touch they got.

On his last day little Fritz would sit in the middle of my flower beds almost on top of my hands or underneath me pressing into my bent legs as I was pulling weeds...
