Mine's the 21st.

This is turning out to be a BIG party!

I'm a few days behind, catching up, but mine is July 14th, so it looks like we have alot of this month covered! Yeah!! Lots of cake and ice cream

They are a rodent and can and will eat anything to include eggs if they are hungry. I think that the little sneak thieves get used to a type of food and go looking for it. I have some that will only eat the horse stuff and go thru the apples for grain, and others that only go after bird feed and will run across the horse pens without stopping for the goodies.
So far they haven't got used to the C02 BB pistol :lau , and I don't think they will, about the time they get slow I get one and they stay away for awhile!

Still catching up... Sorry... But I'm having major troubles with squirrels in my duck pen! The ducks dont mind them, but they are taking all the feed! And now they are chewing the little dividers on the feeder. I have the co2 bb gun ready, just never at the right time. And can't seem to get a good angle on them to be safe with the ducks around! Little stinkin thieves!

Gross whoop. In the house too...blech!!!

Happy belated Margie!!!!! Everyone don't forget to leave your dogs inside tonight cause fireworks are scary and we don't want anyone running off!

I keep mine on my 'puter desk and carry it in my back pocket when I go outside, even to check the mail. Otherwise the little turds would be doing a conga line to the feeders and singing 'nugh-nugha-boo-boo' to me when I don't have the pistol ready.

These are getting so brave, I can almost use a fly swatter on them! I think I might mount a holster for the bb gun out by the pen, or hang it on the back door knob so I dont forget it!

Don't know if you get 'Rescue Drops' by Natura in the US but they are magic to stop animals panicking, just rub a few drops on the dogs ears and cats ears and they calm down immediately. We have frightenning lightening here in the High Veld and the whole house shudders, all my animals get quite stressed. So go round everyone with the Rescue and then everyone just chills until it over. At New Year we have those awful fireworks 'big bangs' they sound like grenades going off, even I get twitty and take the Rescue. You can even put it in the chicken water if you have a particularly stressed chook.

Anyway everyone enjoy your evening

@prostar Hope you don't find any nasties, reckon you have had enough for today. If your SIL at 23 is anything like most 23 yr olds they're too busy with nails, hair and twitter to bother feeding animals, so its a good job you are around otherwise MIL might come back to more than she barginned for.

I always thought squirrels were quite cute, we don't really have them here but I do know they have them in the UK and they are quite nasty little b******s, the game keepers have a big problem with them pinching the pheasant eggs. We have rats the size of cats but luckily I have a 'cat team' that protect us. In fact 'Roo' my Birman/cross is very proctective of my chooks, after a run in with Henry, my roo. He has caught lots thankfully he doesn't bring them in. My main ratter is an old lady now so we don't get presents anymore.

Roo chillin' in his tree, keeping an eye out....
