Good morning, Scott, VW, Phil, it's a baseball game for us this morning and then watching Olympics.

I'm taking a friend to the grocery store today. Her husband got hurt at work and she doesn't drive. And hubby is gonna start on my new coop while I'm gone!

Morning! It is a trip to town for us. DS$ gets a yearly physical for school sports and such. Who knew they had Sat. appointments?

My son's team (parents) are having a bake sale and auction today for their team to raise money. I had to jump in the car and deliver my cupcakes before I had coffee but finally sitting down to coffee and honey bun. I'll be jittery in 20 minutes, lol.

Quick stop for coffee and then we're off to breakfast. Blue corn pancakes with blueberries and piñon nuts at The Range Cafe - yum!

Off to the farmer's market for crepes stuffed with fresh blueberries and cream cheese with a lemon drizzle and almond slices.

Grandson's team got creamed.

They were playing up against older kids, and a year sure made a difference. Most of those 15 year olds were bigger than me, but then again much of the world is bigger than me.

Turned the Olympics on and fired up the Keurig. Hearing that cheerful, perking sound I suddenly realized that I never put a cup to catch the amber brew.

. I can laugh because I've done that before, but it was a 4 cup coffee pot and I set the carafe next to the coffee maker instead of in it. What a mess!
