BYC Café

I had a Yeungling beer tonight with supper. Helped ease the sore muscles in my back.
I got the tarps put on the guinea run today and put an extra tin roofing panel on top. I was going to use it for a triplex rabbit cage, but might as well close in the top of the run as have it sitting around.
Husband decided to knock the dirt off a tree stump from a tree that fell over. So then he wanted to burn it. I got my wagon and collected the loose dirt, then put it in a hole i was wanting to fill. That worked well. But burning that stump is going to take a long time.
I made good progress on the road, got about twice as far as the other day. Less dead trees to deal with makes a big difference.
Good Job!
Love chai! I like to make it with milk and a bit of honey. When we had our tea and spice shop, I got to try all the chai blends we carried...my favorite was a roobis chai, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
My Middle daughter had me buy Rooibos Chai tea. I might have more of it. I know we have one chai here.

I like it with milk and raw sugar. I might brew some tonight!

Mr. Bacon says hi!

That is a big nose! We had three Guinea hogs when we lived in TN. I rather liked them. They were not smelly or messy and rarely escaped the hot wire fence. And they ate just about anything, plus their regular feed. I would like to own some again. The nice feature was they don't grow to more than 200 pounds, so easier to handle than some of those really big breeds.

I have no idea what these guys are. Mutts I guess. They are really enjoyable. Bacon likes to use me as a scratching post. It's ok now but when he gets bigger I'm afraid he's going to bowl me over.

I hope they make good pork chops!
