BYC Café

He normally has a really strong stomach too but apparently not this week

And normally the cans don't bother him. But I do try to buy good quality cans at least but my dad keeps buying alpo and market basket cans. :/

He used to get marrow bones and loved them but growls over them.

He does occasionally get other raw or cooked meat though.

I agree.

Yeah I know but I try really hard to only give him a piece with zero chocolate in it or a tiny part of a chip. He's a big dog so it doesn't effect him. He's not allowed dark chocolate though and I never give him straight chocolate chips. Only in the cookies, which I don't really make anymore, and I take all or almost all the chocolate out.

And no I don't think so. I didn't realize that was a thing?

I didn't realize that. I don't think we've ever wormed our dogs

have you looked at the scat do you see worms only worm if called for.. dogs aree sometime allergic to chocolate just like people no not steady diet but a little herew and there depends on size of dog also for amount

Nope, no worms. At least that I can see. I will have to look more closely but they're usually pretty obvious, right? He has never had any.

And that makes sense. He's 130-140 pounds so basically people size so not much bothers or upsets him or his stomach haha I still try not to give him any and would never give any to a smaller dog but yeah.

Because your dogs are over a year the worm that might infest would be a tape worm
round are seen in puppies, most puppies.. and it is true if you vaccinate a puppy on a close schedule every 3 week from 4 weeks till 8 or 12 weeks large breed we would start at 3 weeks they can walk through anything and not get sick.. Rabies vaccine yes first one after 6 month can be done on large breed at 6 take the booster a year later then require blood titers or never vaccinate again as long as the dog lives God's honest truth there

Thanks for all the info! I might have to ask about the blood titer thing

Got these two for Gator for Christmas but just rehydrated the CarnaForage one tonight and gave Gator some cause it's digestion one. First, he LOVED it, which was somewhat surprising with all the greens, and second, just like a few hours later he wanted to go outside then wanted to play. Again. And this time he actually wanted to play instead of half like before. And normally he only really likes tug but this time he was biting/mouthing me and running, at least a bit. More blocking me while I ran around :lau and catching snowballs, etc. Of course it was partly me figuring out he didn't want to play with his toy much and just wanted to run/block/mouth/bite, roughhouse, and catch snowballa, and partly cause he was inside for a few hours while i watched a movie (though he went outside a lot today) but I swear it's also cause this stuff had him running around like a puppy! I'm gonna buy more when it and the other run out. Although I think I'm actually gonna try the golden paste kit i bought elsewhere first then more of this. Cause i heard tumeric and goats milk cancel each other out or i thought i heard it but idk. Maybe it was ACV.

Anyway, sorry, got so excited I forgot the link lol

Oh and i ran around too. Only 10 or 12 minutes according to the oven timer (I was making tater tots) but I would have sworn it was 20 or like an hour lol I'm so out of shape :lau

And I had eggs and tater tots for dinner at 11.

Anyway, I bought these two.
