[The Farmers' Daughter]

I acuactua decided on french vanilla. This is because I can make a quick mug brownie and have it warm with the ice cream. This is heaven to me.
Also none of the other flavours really "spoke" to me at the time.

My parents in SW ON are getting slammed right now, but I don't think we've even got a dusting yet. Wind is crazy but will probably just get a bit of snow tonight.

How did the sap boiling turn out?
I bet some warm maple syrup on that ice cream would be divine?

Oh my goodness, genius. Why did I not think of that? Goal for today.
Boiling went ok! Tastes delicious anyway! Going to try to boil another batch this weekend.

Still under a severe weather warning... Was supposed to start yesterday... now the forecast is for it to start in about 2 hours. Really strong winds but that's about it for now.

My chicks came today

The post office hasn't opened yet so I cannot get them for an hour. The guy therr must be new and as excited as me, he has already called 3 times

Thank you thank you @drumstick diva , I've actually been a professional myself, but decided to quite that life. Though DH might argue otherwise! I try not to buy the sweets in the first place, 'cause once they're home...they don't stand a chance!
