They do have a bloom on them unless you wash them. But they are still porous. If you plan on eating the eggs, put them in the fridge asap. Not good letting them heat up.

Well, what can I say dd, we have great taste!Small world isn't it, I also buy only Kerry Gold unsalted. When I was pg with my son, the doctor told me to cut way back on salt. I stopped salting everything eggs, baked potatoes, sweet corn. I do get the one with canola oil so it is softer to work with. It's still very hard to spread.

Leaving them out being good or bad... depends on the temps in your kitchen.
If your kitchen is 80 or above, yes, probably much better to store them in the fridge.
If your kitchen is 60 and below, the counter is great.
